We have three full time workers , a part time children's worker, sessional workers and a number of volunteers.

 
Operations Manager Tim Crahart

Tim Photo[34527] Tim has been working for the charity sector since 1996 when he did relief work for Church Army’s Danescourt House Project (now Ty Bronna). He has worked for various Housing Associations and charities in support, development and management roles. Tim has worked in housing, equalities, criminal justice, substance misuse and community development but always feels drawn back to working with young people. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, songwriting, singing and playing guitar, and running a Forest Church.
       
       
Arts Worker Geoffrey

G for web-site copy Geoffrey is our Arts Worker. Originally from California, USA, he has lived in Pontypool  for the past twenty years.  Geoffrey’s background is firmly based in theatre. A good portion of his repertory theatre experience haven taken place in schools, including PRU’s and secure units all over the UK.  He enjoys facilitating the groups at Amber. Geoffrey also works in the office two days a week,

Clare Clare is our new children's worker. 
       
Support Worker Christina Witney
She/Her They / Them
Christina Witney Christina is a support worker at the Amber Project. Outside of work, she spends time with her family, gets to as many gigs as possible and enjoys playing sport. Christina also enjoys reading, stand up comedy and exploring as many places as her time will allow!
 
       
       
External Supervisor Susan Cullingford

Susan-for-web-site Susan is the projects clinical supervisor; an experienced supervisor, counsellor and play therapist, Susan has a wealth of experience and is enjoying working with the project.
         
       
Area Manager Neville Willerton

NevilleWillertonwebsite Neville works for Church Army  He has worked with the organisation since 1999. He loves walking and cycling with his family; He also likes gardening and makes good use of an allotment and his greenhouse. 
       
       
Counsellors Sue Robinson

sue--for-web-site Sue is our children's counsellor at The Amber Project. Until recently she also volunteered at the Wednesday Theatre Workshops where she enjoyed discovering new skills and talents.
       
  Louise Elliot

Louise for Web-site Louise has been at the Amber Project for a number of  years and thoroughly enjoys her role as a counsellor.  In her spare time, She loves spending time with her family, travelling and walking her dog.
       
       
Volunteers 'Activity Workshop' Aimee
She/Her
Aimee--for-Amber Aimee loves being creative and is willing to give anything a go! Within her own art practice she draws, paints and loves to experiment with new materials. Aimee drew the beautiful illustrations for our recent poetry book. She is currently studying and taking a break from her work with Amber , but we hope that she will be back soon.
